awakening to the importance of taking care of yourself and making it a way of life
Naturopathy is a way of connecting with the intelligence of life and nature to take care of our health.
Naturopathy is a way of connecting with the intelligence of life and nature to take care of our health.
We are part of the universe, of our ecosystem, but with the evolution it has undergone in the last few decades, the harmonious and nurturing relationship we should have with air, water, food and sleep is increasingly difficult to find. We sometimes live a bit like plants raised out of the ground. Our environment doesn’t adapt to us, and our organisms’ ability to adapt is put to the test when we let things happen without taking care of ourselves, without looking after the content of our shopping carts and our plates, without hygienic movement and sleep, without electromagnetic hygiene, without giving ourselves time to breathe.
It’s true that we’re living longer, but less and less so in good health and shape. The life expectancy curve and the healthy life expectancy curve are moving further and further apart.
This evolution calls for a paradigm shift:
let’s make natural ways of preserving and caring for our health our own
to ensure that natural medicine is not a medicine of last resort.
We have the power to influence many of the parameters on which our health depends, so let’s take back the power and find joy in the process.
WHEN TO TURN TO NATUROPATHIC SUPPORT
In all situations where you want to preserve your health, restore and strengthen it
by drawing on the body’s own resources and those of nature:
Preserving your health
Immune system support, sleep disorders, weight problems, chronic fatigue,
Sugar addiction, smoking cessation, nutrient deficiencies, anti-aging…
Functional disorders
Digestive problems, dysbiosis and intestinal hyper-permeability, winter ailments,
Skin disorders, allergies, electromagnetic hypersensitivity…
Hormonal changes
Puberty, premenstrual syndrome, menopause, andropause…
Quality of life for patients of all ages
Autoimmune diseases, chronic and degenerative diseases, autism spectrum disorder,
attention, concentration and memory problems…
But also…
Desire of pregnancy and support during pregnancy, preparation for sports competitions, exams, travel.
It is important to note that in the event of pathology, appropriate medical follow-up is necessary. I can, of course, work with your medical doctor to further improve your condition.
Naturopathic guidance
Naturopathy is based on a strong belief in the body’s natural ability to restore balance, if given the right tools.
It seeks to address the true causes of an internal imbalance,
without repressing or hindering the body’s own defense and self-regulation reactions.

The duration and type of naturopathic treatment will depend on your objective, the complexity of the disorders that lead you to consult us, and your state of vitality. It can be a support consultation, for example, to prepare your immune system for winter. We can envisage a cycle of a few consultations for an uncomplicated problem, or long-term follow-up for a chronic condition requiring major changes in lifestyle habits.
Vitality check-up
During the first consultation, I’ll draw up a vitality balance sheet: we’ll review your history, your personal background and family tendencies, and everything that makes up your daily life, with an emphasis on your diet and digestion. We’ll also look at sleep quality, emotional health, exercise and stress management.
This assessment should enable us to determine the potential causes of your disorders when they are due to an unsuitable lifestyle, and to evaluate your short-, medium- and long-term needs in terms of naturopathic resources.
Know where you’re going and go at your own pace
Barring exceptional cases, suddenly introducing a major upheaval in one’s lifestyle and being able to stick to it is an illusory goal, rather like New Year’s resolutions. That’s why you won’t leave your appointment with an endless inventory of do’s and don’ts for the next 3 weeks. The important thing is to have a clear vision of where we want to get to, and to gradually give ourselves the means to get there, so that the process of change doesn’t cost us more in terms of our internal resources than the benefits we can derive from it.
I’d like to support you – especially in the case of chronic disorders – as you make the transition to a new way of life that’s sustainable, adapted to your situation and living conditions, and designed to make you autonomous in this process.
